  • 1. Has my order shipped? We will contact you once your order has shipped via email. This email will contain tracking information as well.
  • 2. How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? You have 48 hours to cancel or change your order. After this time period, you can still cancel but there is a 20% restocking fee and the cost to ship your product back to our supplier. We will refund the full balance minus these charges to your credit card. Please look at our returns page for further information.
  • 3. How do I track my order? An email will be sent to you once the order is shipped with tracking information.

  • 1. How do I create an account? Go to create an account on our home page in the top right corner.
  • 2. How do I edit my account information? Once logged in, go to My Account and click on the information you would like to edit.
  • 3. How much is my shipping? Depending on how much you order will determine shipping costs.I forgot my password.
  • 4. I received the wrong product. Please contact us at or 1-888-232-0124
  • 5. What is your return policy? Once the garments you ordered are embellished, we will not accept any returns. Please see terms of use/returns.
  • 6. When will my order ship? Typical turnaround once art is approved, is 7-10 days but we will try to get them out as quickly as possible for you!!
