Terms and Conditions/Return Policy

It is the customer's responsibility to count and inspect all merchandise before usage or washing to ensure it is the correct merchandise, correct quantity and in good condition as ordered. Without exception Oh So Designs will not assume responsibility after garments have been used or washed. Oh So Designs will not assume responsibility for any garments that have been embroidered, imprinted or embellished in any fashion by another party.

Closeout or Discontinued merchandise are final sales and may not be returned.

Returns of unwanted merchandise or merchandise ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer must be approved in advance and may be charged a 25% restocking fee. Returns of this nature must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer. We will not accept any returns for these garments that have been embroidered, imprinted or embellished in any manner.

Unclaimed or refused shipments will not be eligible for any refund and will be charged additional freight charges. Cancellations of orders already in production will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If these items have already been embroidered, imprinted or embellished in any manner, the customer will be charged in full.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, names, or text that you provided us so please make sure all personalization is correct and without errors.

The Process and production methods of OHSO Designs once you have ordered-

Once we have received your order, we will begin production on a swatch sample for your review. Once this swatch sample is approved by the customer, we will begin production of the customer’s garments on the following business day. Once production begins, any cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and once embroidered, imprinted or embellished in any manner, will not be refunded. We will then send you a tracking number once the order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Samples Program

We only offer the best products at Oh So Designs. We wouldn’t offer anything we wouldn’t wear. Need proof about the quality of one of our products? Now you can take 50% off when you order BLANK samples. Program does not apply to jackets.

Sample offer good on shopping cart orders only. Select any item and specify color and size. It is not necessary to select personalization options as products are shipped blank and offer does not apply to embroidered or printed items.

Shipping Liability: This merchandise becomes your property at the time it is accepted by the carrier.

The carrier will be UPS Ground or Fed Ex overnight if needed.

UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Delivery address must be a physical street address.

We ship only to locations within the United States. Alaska and Hawaii shipments are excluded from any special shipping offers and will incur additional charges.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed orders after shipments leave our warehouse. Delivery of any shipment by us to a carrier relieves us of all further responsibility for damage and / or shortage.

If you have a concealed shortage or damage you must notify carrier to inspect within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

Any claim for damage or shortage must be filed in writing with the carrier. Claims must be filed within the carriers specified time frame of receipt of shipment.

At your request, if you will send the carrier's written report of their inspection, we will help you in filing your claim.
